Adyen in Amsterdam is seeking a strategic yet hands-on Senior/Lead HR Business Partner to shape the people strategy for our global Operations organisation. Based in Amsterdam, you will partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to enable business success and talent growth.

You’ll influence how teams grow, leaders lead, and employees thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role offers visibility across the Operations domain and the chance to drive meaningful people initiatives.

Competenze

• 8+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced global org.
• Experience supporting tech and product teams, with agile/engineering context.
• Strong expertise in performance management and employee relations.

Mansioni

• Create and execute a people strategy for 3 Operations Domains with HRBPs.
• Partner with leaders to align development, growth, and leadership values.
• Provide strategic HR guidance on performance, feedback, ER, and engagement.
• Use data to identify trends and drive data-informed improvements.
• Coach leaders through underperformance discussions with empathy and clarity.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams.
• Advocate for employees to thrive in a high-growth culture.
