Job summary

Adyen seeks a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager to shape strategic initiatives across the company. Based in Amsterdam or other hubs, you will partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance and Compliance teams to translate strategy into execution and drive priority delivery.

You will design and implement Adyen-wide planning rhythms, balance speed with rigor, and craft leadership deliverables for executive decision making, while building credibility across functions and levels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Corporate Development, Product, Finance or related roles within tech companies.
• Strategic operator capable of connecting the dots and diving into details when needed.
• Proven ability to establish processes and deliverables while keeping speed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy projects informing decision making through analysis of trends and opportunities.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Operations, Finance and Regulatory teams.
• Design, improve and implement Adyen-wide Strategic Planning, Priorities and Goals with Strategic Finance.
• Drive business operations rhythm through reviews and structured problem solving.
• Develop leadership deliverables (narratives, decision documents, board materials) to help senior leaders decide quickly.
