Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Workplace Management, Facilities Operations, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
• Proven experience in global, fast-paced or scaling corporate environments.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with vendor RFPs, contracts, compliance and budgets.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership.
• Autonomous leader with ownership of their sphere of influence.
• Comfort using data/workplace analytics to drive decisions.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for the Amsterdam Workplace team and mentor reports.
• Collaborate with People, Internal Communications, and Business Enablement to create safe, productive workplaces.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across Amsterdam offices including catering, custodial services, and contractors.
• Align global office strategies with regional leads and advise leadership on workspace experience.
• Partner with IT, Sustainability, Onboarding, and Events to scale frameworks supporting headcount growth.
• Lead vendor RFPs, contract management, and KPI/SLA tracking with Procurement and Finance.
• Use analytics to optimize operational efficiency and workspace experience.
• Collaborate with Workplace Safety & Security teams on occupancy planning and hospitality strategies.
