Job summary

Coty is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist for the Netherlands to oversee HR service delivery across the Benelux region, ensuring data integrity and process excellence. You will ensure compliance, support payroll governance, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services.

The role requires 5–7 years in HR Operations, fluency in English and Dutch, and advanced proficiency in HR systems and Excel. Hybrid work with up to 50% remote is supported.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in HR Operations in a complex, international org.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong expertise in HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll governance, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, People Connect).

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operational service delivery across Benelux ensuring SLA adherence.
• Govern data integrity across HR, payroll, and benefits systems (SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
• Define and improve HR operational policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance activities.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives and partner with HRBPs, Legal, Finance, and Shared Service Center.
