Job summary

Medline is seeking an HR Advisor (m/f/d) for a hybrid role in Utrecht. You will own HR Operations for Benelux and Nordics, serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers while aligning processes with policies and laws.

You’ll support payroll with an external provider, handle contracts and benefits, onboard new hires, manage visas, and drive cross-functional HR projects to improve results. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• Six years of HR experience with a strong track record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Autonomy, discretion and initiative in HR advising.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full HR operations for Benelux and Nordics region.
• Provide expert support to managers on complex topics.
• Oversee HR administration: contracts, benefits, taxes, visas, fleet.
• Lead absence management with health service provider.
• Onboard new employees and organize local trainings.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external provider.
• Vendor liaison and process improvements.
• Drive cross-functional HR projects to improve results.
