BMS Performance Ltd. is partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager for the Netherlands. This fully remote role sells a premium HR accreditation and advisory service to HR Directors, CHROs and senior People leaders.

You will build relationships, run consultative conversations and manage the full sales process from outreach to close, with support across EMEA. Base salary €75,000-€80,000 with €15,000 OTE and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven experience selling directly to HR Directors, CHROs or equivalent senior People stakeholders.
• Desirable background in HR services, HR technology, consulting, recruitment or another people-focused solution.
• Highly professional, credible and confident in conversations with senior HR leaders.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• International sales experience preferred.
• Based anywhere in the Netherlands - comfortable travelling for client and internal meetings

Responsibilities

• Win new corporate clients across the Netherlands.
• Build relationships with HR Directors, CHROs, CPOs and senior People leaders.
• Sell HR accreditation, benchmarking and advisory solutions.
• Run consultative, insight-led sales conversations.
• Develop targeted outreach and create new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process from first conversation through to close.
• Work closely with regional leadership and colleagues across EMEA.
