Job summary

Kinly’s Global Services is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to translate global HR priorities into practical local delivery in Breda. You will support Netherlands managers and employees, plus select Central European locations, delivering compliant HR solutions and a consistent employee experience.

You will lead performance and talent discussions, advise on complex employee relations matters, and drive HR projects across regions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work at Dutch HBO level in HR, employee relations or related field.
• Established experience in a broad HR Business Partnering role within an international organisation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Dutch employment law and sickness absence management.
• Experience with complex employee relations matters and organisational change.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into clear advice.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for varying levels of management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with Dutch Works Councils desired but not essential.
• Experience across Central Europe advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR advice to managers and employees.
• Facilitate complex employee relations conversations and handle disputes and performance issues.
• Maintain Works Council relationships and support information/consultation materials.
• Lead performance management processes and coaching for managers.
• Analyze workforce trends and propose engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support HR policy implementation and regional/global HR priorities.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and international mobility.
• Act as case manager for long-term sickness absence per applicable laws.
