We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our proactive and energetic Global HR Team and to be the main HR contact for our employees in the Netherlands and Switzerland. This role is based in our central office in Amsterdam, Netherlands. You will be part of an exceptional team that offers unprecedented support, while still operating in a truly autonomous manner. Key Responsibilities

• 📞 First point of contact for all HR matters in the Netherlands and Switzerland
• 📚 Expert on Dutch Law – advising on compliance, policies, grievances, and disciplinaries
• 📄 Keep NL policies up-to-date
• 🏥 Oversee health & safety and absence protocols in NL
• 🤝 Lead meetings with the Dutch Works Council
• 👥 HR lead for Sensory Director support – from client panel setup to onboarding, ensuring legal compliance and smooth execution
• 🚀 Partner with managers to ensure smooth onboarding, support, and training
• 🗂️ Coordinate with HR admins (South Africa 🇿🇦) to ensure accurate, timely HR admin
• 💰 Assist in payroll processing for NL and CH
• 💬 Be the go-to HR expert – approachable, reliable, and culturally in tune
• 🌍 Support global HR initiatives and projects in collaboration with the wider HR team

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience in a wide array of HR programs and practices, including performance management, compensation, coaching, employee relations, and organisational development in the Netherlands, Switzerland would be a bonus
• 3+ years of experience within HR
• Proven track record in all core HR areas – you're hands‑on and well‑rounded
• Self‑starter & individual contributor – you take initiative and own your work
• Adaptable, positive & proactive – you get things done with energy and drive
• Excellent communicator – clear, credible, and full of integrity
• Skilled in cross‑cultural environments – thrive in diverse teams
• Confident with HR tools (e.g. HRIS) – tech‑savvy and efficient
• Fluent in Dutch & English – written and spoken
