Job summary

Expertum zoekt een HR Business Partner die als strategische, tactische en hands-on partner de leiders ondersteunt, collega’s adviseert, talent aantrekt en behoudt. Je werkt nauw samen met CHRO en MD NL en maakt deel uit van een internationale HR-core met collega’s uit meerdere landen.

Af en toe reizen naar België, hoofdzakelijk werken vanuit onze kantoren in Houten, Sittard en Eindhoven. Belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder meer advies aan leiders op HR-gebied, bevorderen van

Responsibilities

The Job

As HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic, tactical and hands‑on role. You will support our leaders, advise our colleagues, recruit and retain the talent that keeps Expertum performing at the highest level and growing. In order to do this, you trust on your growth mindset. Functionally, you will report to the CHRO concerning HR, People and Culture and operationally, concerning day‑to‑day business to the Managing Director of the Netherlands. You are part of the International HR Core team which consists of several HR professionals from multiple countries with different backgrounds. Occasionally you will travel to Belgium, but you will primarily work for our offices in Houten, Sittard and Eindhoven in The Netherlands.

Your key responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders (Managing Director NL, Community Leads and other leaders) on several HR topics like performance, employee relations and organization
• Drive engagement, culture and retention initiatives together with the CHRO, local MD and team leads
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment HR legislation
• Coach local management in people leadership, conflict resolution and change management
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: from intake and sourcing to interviews, offers and onboarding
• Initiate and support HR projects such as employer branding, onboarding, L&D, offboarding, etc.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR advisory role
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end recruitment

• Exposure to employer branding or talent development initiatives
