Job summary

LumiQ Solutions partners with a leading international business to appoint an experienced Senior HR Manager for its European organisation. You will influence senior leadership, shape people strategies and drive HR initiatives across multiple markets in a dynamic environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of Dutch employment law, the ability to navigate complex employee relations, and a commercial mindset. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, ideally within an international business.
• Strong practical knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently.
• Fluent English; Dutch advantageous but not required.
