Job summary

Tandem Health, a fast-growing health-tech company, is hiring a Netherlands-based sales lead in Leiden with hybrid work flexibility. You will drive adoption of our clinician-focused platform among clinics and healthcare providers.

You will own the full sales cycle, run high-throughput meetings, present to clinicians and decision-makers, and translate their pain into a clear ROI. Dutch and English are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales, prior field or territory roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating quota with measurable results.
• Native-level Dutch and fluent English (C1/C2).
• Experience selling to healthcare professionals or in regulated environments.
• Experience with digital products, SaaS, or tech that improves workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle: qualify, demo, negotiate, close.
• Run a high throughput of meetings with a consultative approach.
• Present to clinicians and decision-makers and translate pain into action.
• Manage relationships through to live, happy customers with SDRs and MedOps.
• Stay engaged long term and upsell new developments and features.
• Feed market feedback to product.
• Represent Tandem at events across the region.
