Tandem Health is building a clinician copilot in Leiden, Netherlands, expanding the Dutch market with a real product used across healthcare organisations. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from qualification to close, engaging clinicians and decision-makers and translating their documentation pain into a concrete business case.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales in healthcare or SaaS.
• Native-level Dutch and English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Proven track record hitting quota with measurable results.
• Experience selling to healthcare professionals or regulated environments.
• Experience with digital products and workflows that improve clinician efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle: qualify, demo, negotiate, close.
• Run a high throughput of meetings while keeping conversations consultative.
• Present the product to clinicians and decision-makers and translate pain into a reason to act.
• Manage relationships through to a live, happy customer, coordinating with SDR and MedOps.
• Stay engaged in customer relationships long term, upsell new developments and features.
• Provide market feedback to product teams.
• Represent Tandem at events across the region.
