Job summary

Workday is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant in the Netherlands to partner with Account Executives on discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and show how Workday's HCM SaaS solutions address customer needs.

You will engage in the sales process, run presentations and workshops, and contribute to RFIs/RFPs while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Flexible hours and home-office options are offered in a collaborative, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / HR role.
• 3+ years functional experience/ knowledge in HR domains such as talent acquisition, talent management and development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• The delivery of relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
• Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services and training.
• Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans.
• Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives such as webinars, seminars, content creation and live industry events.
• Assist sales in the response to RFIs/RFPs, product scoping, integrations, customizations and implementation timelines.
• Building trusted-advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders who are influencers and decision-makers in an evaluation process
• Continuously upgrading your skillsets and knowledge of HCM, Tech and AI through the learning opportunities provided by Workday
