Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting (composite reporting, building out reports, etc.).
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering services to Workday Success Plans customers.
• Conducting research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
• Providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips to customers.
• Troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Communicating responses and value to customers.
