Job summary

Workday, Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking a Solution Consultant to deliver in-depth HCM product demonstrations and workshops, collaborating with Account Executives to map a prospect’s environment to Workday’s HCM suite.

You’ll address requirements, showcase value, and help move opportunities forward. You will build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, support RFIs/RFPs, and stay current on HCM, cloud and AI innovations while contributing to sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / HR role.
• 3+ years functional experience/ knowledge in HR domains such as talent acquisition, talent management and development, employee listening and/or strategic workforce planning.
• Solid understanding of Cloud-based SaaS solutions and AI innovations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and seminars.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by demonstrating understanding of our solution, services and training.
• Qualify prospects, define demonstration criteria, and support proof of concept development.
• Support sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives via webinars, events and content.
• Assist sales in RFIs/RFPs, product scoping, integrations and implementation timelines.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with key stakeholders in evaluation processes.
• Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge of HCM, tech and AI through Workday learning.
