Job summary

Workday Netherlands is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant specialized in Financial Solutions to join our Dutch New Business team. You will partner with field sales to deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that illustrate how Workday’s Financials address requirements and create business value.

You’ll lead complex deal cycles from discovery to closure, build strong relationships with CFO stakeholders, and collaborate with Sales to tailor messaging and build compelling

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Solution Consulting / Sales Engineer / Presales role presenting enterprise software solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financials/ERP space (core accounting, FP&A, financial operations).
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions on solution, services, and training.
• Lead qualification, demo criteria, POC builds, and sales closure planning.
• Collaborate with Sales on demand generation and marketing initiatives.
• Assist responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CFO stakeholders and executives.
• Continuously upgrade skills through Workday learning opportunities.
• Lead complex deals from discovery to closure with a strategic posture.
