Job summary
Workday in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is seeking experienced professionals for the Workday Success Plans team. The role focuses on delivering micro consulting engagements, configuration guidance, and feature demonstrations to help customers maximize value from Workday applications.
You will build expertise, support customers through deployments, and share industry-leading practices while traveling up to 20% as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
- 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics
- 3+ years of IT implementation experience
- 3+ years of software consulting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required. Advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Delivering various services to Workday Success Plans customers.
- Conducting research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
- Providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips & tricks.
- Troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer requirements.
- Creating and delivering customer presentations on Workday features.
- One-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption.
- Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
- Maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s).
- Staying up to date with industry practices and Workday roadmap.
- Driving new programs to boost feature adoption.
