TRAVIS, a fast-growing logistics scale-up with HQ in Tilburg, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to shape strategy and run day-to-day marketing across multiple countries. You will lead campaigns, guide junior staff, and collaborate with content, product and partnerships teams to grow the brand and drive lead generation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on multi-discipline marketing experience, fluent English, and an entrepreneurial, structured approach with mentoring skills.

• Shape vision, goals and KPIs with the head of sales & marketing.
• Lead day-to-day execution of domains and mentor junior marketeers.
• Oversee brand positioning and content with the content marketer.
• Manage and optimise the website for audiences: transport companies, drivers and service partners.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and launches (commercial, product, country expansions, partnerships).
• Build cross-product segments, product marketing and up/cross-sell.
• Prepare tangible insights (Analytics & HubSpot) and support lead generation.
• Optional: event marketing, CRM marketing, and partner collaborations.
