Responsibilities

• Own the Benelux outbound program, generating high-volume calls to scale-ups and multinationals
• Open cold conversations with hiring managers and HR leaders to book qualified demos
• Coach junior SDRs, provide feedback, and help document the playbook
• Keep HubSpot up-to-date and share weekly insights on caller performance and conversion rates
