Job summary

Marktlink Exit Ready is expanding in the Netherlands and seeks proactive Business Development Representatives fluent in Dutch to engage entrepreneurs by phone, with a track record in sales and cold outreach. You will join a fast-growing team in Den Bosch, work 3-4 days a week, and leverage strong communication skills to build relationships and drive growth through our sales funnel and events.

Qualifications

• Energetic and comfortable with prospecting and cold calling.
• Open to junior or senior candidates with experience working with entrepreneurs.
• Proven track record in engaging entrepreneurs.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and the local market language.
• Available 3–4 days per week; willing to work from Den Bosch office.
• Independent self-starter who can work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact entrepreneurs and discuss business growth and sale readiness.
• Invite entrepreneurs to masterclasses and events for the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on international growth.
• Help entrepreneurs plan their futures and provide guidance at the final phase of entrepreneurship.
• Commit to continuous improvement and accurate record-keeping of conversations.
• Show initiative, take ownership, and be accountable for success.
