Job summary

Promptwatch is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to accelerate its next growth phase from its Amsterdam base. You will own growth initiatives across the full customer journey, partnering with Growth, Sales, Product, and the founders to drive pipeline and test new channels.

You’ll bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS growth experience, a data‑driven mindset, and a hands‑on approach to scale acquisition, activation, and revenue while shaping Promptwatch’s international expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience in fast‑growing startups or scale‑ups.
• Strong analytical mindset with marketing analytics and attribution tools.
• Experience with paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, SEO, content marketing, or product‑led growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize growth initiatives across the full customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
• Launch, test, and scale campaigns across paid, organic, partnerships, events, email, and other channels.
• Work closely with Sales to generate high‑quality pipeline and improve lead conversion.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
• Design and run rapid experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.
• Partner with content team to grow presence across AI Search, SEO, and thought leadership.
• Help organize webinars, industry events, and conference campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency and scale execution.
• Contribute to building a scalable, data‑driven growth engine during international expansion.
