Job summary

Media Distillery in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Marketeer to own the marketing strategy and execution. You will set direction, priorities, and the quality bar for our marketing efforts, coordinating with an external agency and designer.

This hands-on role drives expansion into new market segments, leverages AI-driven tools, and reports progress to the CEO. Based in Amsterdam, you’ll work 0.8-1 FTE with a flexible fulltime/part-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, SaaS, or media.
• Experience directing external teams or agencies; hands-on when needed.
• Hands-on with marketing automation and AI-powered tools.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus; based in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing roadmap and expansion into new segments.
• Direct external agency and freelance designer with clear briefs.
• Optimize website, content, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
• Translate business priorities into briefs for fractional teams.
• Create actionable insights from marketing channels.
• Coordinate marketing around industry events and trade shows.
• Own website content strategy and marketing performance reporting.
• Report progress to CEO.
