Job summary

Studio Noos is seeking a Performance Marketer to accelerate international growth within its e-commerce team in Amsterdam. You’ll own paid social and paid search, build testing structures, and collaborate with brand, sales, and CRM to drive reach and measurable results.

You’ll manage campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads, optimize with data-driven insights, and contribute to multi-country growth while leveraging AI and CRO methods for faster learning and impact.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or paid search.
• Proven experience with both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Data-driven but also understand brand and creative.
• Loves testing, learning, optimizing — and making decisions.
• Analytical, structured, and proactive.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Experience in e-commerce or D2C is a plus; familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon is beneficial.
• Enjoy managing multiple countries and spotting patterns.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads; build testing structures.
• Manage and optimize Google campaigns: Search, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max; use feeds and automation.
• Translate performance analyses into clear learnings; work in growth sprints; collaborate with CRM; optimize landing pages; use AI tools and attribution tools; allocate budgets across markets.
