Job summary

JSS is seeking a Global Financial Controller to lead group reporting and financial control across international entities in a private equity-backed, fast-growing environment.

You will report to the CFO, drive consolidation, strengthen governance, and implement a Shared Service Centre to support future expansion. Candidates should have multinational experience and strong stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with international experience and strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience leading group reporting and consolidation in multinational contexts.
• Proven track record in driving finance transformation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all group financial reporting activities across multiple entities.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and reporting processes.
• Develop and strengthen global financial control framework.
• Establish and implement a Shared Service Centre model for growth.
• Drive process improvements, standardisation, and automation in finance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Manage external audit relationships and year-end reporting coordination.
• Partner with leaders to deliver financial insight for strategic decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing international finance team.
