Job summary

Patrickbeek.com is seeking a Group Control Manager to lead financial control, reporting, and finance digitalisation. You will partner with the CFO and Management Team to drive IFRS reporting, cash generation and performance management across the group.

This on-site role in Kats requires strong IFRS and audit expertise, data-driven mindset, and proficiency with Power BI and finance systems. You will oversee planning, budgeting, management reporting and strategic projects including transformation,

Qualifications

Dutch RA qualification or equivalent audit and accounting credential.
Significant IFRS reporting and audit experience, ideally in a Big Four environment.
Strong business sense and genuine interest in commercial performance.
Ability to translate operations into data and insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly close and IFRS reporting process.
Coordinate external audit with KPMG.
Drive planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow analysis.
Develop finance systems and Power BI dashboards to improve data quality and automation.
Provide clear analysis of key business drivers and support the Management Team and investors.
