Job summary

bol is seeking a Controller for Strategic Finance to underpin strategic decisions with financial excellence. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, guide investment decisions, and influence mid-to-long-term plans with robust modeling and executive-ready storytelling.

You’ll lead the development of the long-term strategic plan, present analyses to senior management and the board, and manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely input for planning processes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of finance experience, FP&A or management consulting background.
• Master’s degree in finance or related field.
• Strong modeling, storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic plans and communicate them to leadership.
• Present financial analyses to senior management and board members.
• Build sophisticated financial models and translate plans into financial constructs.
• Translate insights into executive-ready presentations and concise three-bullet summaries.
• Collaborate across functions and manage diverse stakeholders.
