Job summary

Futures Works seeks a Group Control Manager to drive financial control, reporting and digitalisation. You will partner with the CFO and management team to enhance reporting quality, cash generation and decision support from IFRS-compliant processes.

The role combines hands-on accounting discipline with strategic business partnering, data-driven insights and BI tooling to streamline governance and performance across the group.

Qualifications

• Dutch RA qualification or equivalent audit and accounting qualification.
• Significant IFRS reporting and audit experience, ideally in Big Four and international settings.
• Strong experience with annual reporting, financial statements, audits and complex control matters.
• Strong business sense and genuine interest in commercial/operational performance.
• Thorough understanding of P&L and balance-sheet dynamics, including working capital.
• Deep practical understanding of cash flow and its drivers in decisions.
• Experience with planning, forecasting, management reporting and finance business partnering.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control, reporting and internal audit activities for the group, including IFRS reporting and external audit coordination.
• Drive business control, planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow forecasting with senior partners.
• Lead finance systems, data and digitalisation to improve reliability and accessibility of information.
