Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a Logistics Planner to manage material flow and resource planning across domestic and international projects. You will partner with Procurement, Production, Project Management and Warehouse teams to keep schedules aligned and on track.

The role emphasizes ERP usage, data analysis, and clear communication with internal teams and external partners. Office-based position in the Netherlands with no travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent HBO level in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics planning, material planning or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like Odoo or SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and planning.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Supply and resource planning: Monitor material availability and track shortages; align schedules with Procurement, Production and Project Managers.
• Shipment and customs coordination: Manage domestic and international shipments and required export documents.
• Data and system maintenance: Maintain ERP data, distribute logistics reports and track KPIs for improvement.
• Stakeholder and partner alignment: Coordinate between Warehouse, internal teams and external logistics suppliers; communicate updates and escalate risks.
