Robin Radar Systems seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist to secure critical components for high-tech radar systems. You will own supplier relationships, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and mentor junior buyers while collaborating with Production, Logistics, Service & Support, and Sales.

Requirements include a BA/MSc in a related field, 5+ years in technical procurement, ERP expertise (SAP/NetSuite), and Fluent English. Travel may be required; a rigorous background check is part of screening.

Formación

• BA or MSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience in technical manufacturing.
• Strong background in sourcing electronics, PCBs, cabling, and computing hardware.
• ERP systems like SAP or NetSuite and MRP logic known.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Analytical mindset with financial acumen and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player open to cross-cultural communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier sites.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic sourcing and negotiation: prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate terms for high-complexity categories.
• Supplier relationship management: manage vendor operations and conduct performance reviews & on-site visits.
• Operational supply chain support: ensure on-time sourcing for manufacturing and service teams; resolve bottlenecks.
• Data integrity and system accuracy: maintain supplier data, lead times, BOM costs in ERP.
• Process improvement and escalation: act as escalation point for delivery disputes and bottlenecks.
