Robin Radar is seeking a Service Specialist & Planner to orchestrate end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of global service operations. You will align site requirements, engineering resources, and logistics to minimize downtime and maintain mission-ready radar systems.

You will report to the Team Lead Service Operations and act as a vital link between customer operators, field engineers, and internal supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Technical Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (BA/BSc/HBO)
• 3+ years in technical planning, service coordination, dispatching, or operations within high-tech hardware
• Hands-on experience with service management platforms and ERP or ticketing systems
• Practical understanding of SLAs, service scope, and commercial contract structures
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Detail-oriented planner with strong multi-tasking under changing priorities
• Proactive problem solver focused on continuous workflow improvements
• Collaborative communicator between internal teams, sub-contractors, and site operators

• Site preparation, safety compliance, and readiness
• Logistics and parts coordination with Supply Chain
• Service records, bulletins, and post-visit verification reports
• Process and contract support, clarifying service scope and entitlements
