Robin Radar Systems is seeking a Service Specialist & Planner to orchestrate end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of global service operations. You will align site requirements, engineering resources, and logistics to minimize downtime and keep radar systems mission-ready.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance, site preparation, and parts logistics across international radar sites, reporting to the Team Lead Service Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating service operations.
• Familiarity with high-tech hardware environments.
• Understanding of SLAs and contract structures.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling across global radar sites.
• Manage site readiness, safety compliance, and pre-visit workflows.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on parts, RMA, and test gear logistics.
• Issue service records, reports, and track SLA performance.
• Support runbooks, site checklists, and contract clarifications.
