Job summary

Robin Radar in the Netherlands seeks a Service Specialist & Planner to orchestrate end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of global service operations. You’ll align site requirements, engineering resources, and logistics to ensure seamless maintenance windows with minimal downtime.

Reporting to the Team Lead Service Operations, you’ll coordinate with customer operators, field engineers, and internal supply chain teams to maintain uptime.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Operations, Logistics, Tech Business Admin, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years in technical planning, service coordination, dispatching, or operations in high-tech hardware.
• Hands-on experience with service management platforms and ERP or ticketing systems.
• Understanding of SLAs, service scope, and contract structures.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking under changing priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance planning, scheduling, and upgrades across global radar sites to minimize downtime.
• Manage site readiness, safety checks, and tooling for deployment teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure timely parts delivery and inventory alignment.
• Record service outcomes, track SLAs, and issue post-visit reports.
• Refine runbooks and workflows; support commercial reviews and contract scopes.
