Job summary

Monex Global is seeking a Senior Executive for the German market based in Amsterdam. You own a personal revenue book, hit weekly, monthly and quarterly targets, and originate and close new business with German-speaking corporates and institutions.

As a senior member of the desk you mentor juniors, set the standard for how Monex sells, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations and Marketing across offices in London, Madrid and beyond. Fluency in English and German is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Approximately 5–7 years' experience in FX, international payments or financial markets sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with pricing and margin experience.
• Understanding of FX/payments regulatory environment in Europe.
• Proven ability to build and manage a target-driven pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue performance for the German market and hit targets.
• Originate and close new business with German-speaking corporates and institutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and monitor margin discipline.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share best practices on the desk.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline and provide forecasting accuracy.
