Job summary

Green SM is seeking a Senior Repair & Maintenance Control Specialist to oversee and elevate the performance of our workshop partners while ensuring top-tier maintenance standards for our fleet. You will assess workshop capabilities, manage contracts, monitor progress, and drive improvements across multiple partner workshops, ensuring quality and alignment with company goals.

You will guide and support teams, coordinate with insurance partners, and provide clear reporting on performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in automotive engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years supervising automotive repair service workshops.
• Solid understanding of insurance claim processes and coordination with insurers.
• Strong knowledge of workshop quality assessment and service workflows.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess the capabilities of maintenance & repair workshops and manage the full contract process
• Monitor repair progress and ensure service quality across all partner workshops
• Identify gaps and recommend improvement actions to elevate workshop performance
• Conduct periodic evaluations and propose continuation or termination of workshop partnerships
• Guide, support, and provide direction to team members to ensure smooth workflow and aligned execution
