Job summary

With 15+ years in maintenance leadership, you will lead teams, optimize performance, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive continuous improvement through data analytics and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance management or related fields.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and safety regulations.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance software.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and drive reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the performance and longevity of equipment and facilities, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment and machinery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards; keep up-to-date with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare management reports.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure necessary skills and knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and adopting best practices.
