Job summary

Green SM is seeking a proactive Vehicle Management Specialist to oversee the day-to-day management of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and ready for operation. You will coordinate yard operations, inspections, and asset documentation while working closely with Operations, Fleet, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in fleet operations, vehicle management, or asset management (2–5 years).
• Strong understanding of inspections, maintenance processes, and fleet practices.
• Experience with vehicle documentation and asset control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fleet management systems.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Fluent in English; local language proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily vehicle yard operations to ensure proper parking, tracking, and maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Manage vehicle records, documents, registrations, insurance, and maintenance files.
• Track fleet utilization and performance; prepare reports and suggest improvements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and asset transfer processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and safety.
