Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Finance BPO Deal & Solution Lead to drive growth across the Netherlands and Europe, focusing on Nordics. You will shape, qualify, and support large-scale outsourcing opportunities, acting as the interface between sales, solutioning, commercial, and delivery teams.

You will contribute to business cases, operating models, and governance, while guiding proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or related field.
• Experience leading large outsourcing pursuits and RFP responses.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication with C-suite.
• Deep understanding of core Finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance BPO solutioning and detailed due diligence activities.
• Define target operating models, scope, service delivery models, and governance frameworks.
• Develop transition and transformation approaches with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Translate client requirements into differentiated, scalable Finance Operations solutions.
• Collaborate with Digital Core, Supply Chain, industry, technology, and other specialists as required.
• Provide input into commercial models, pricing strategies, and deal economics.
