Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting is seeking a Finance Transformation & Enterprise Performance Management Senior Manager in Amsterdam. You will drive end-to-end projects from strategy to implementation, shaping finance operating models and ERP-enabled processes for CFOs across industries.

You will also lead sales efforts, leveraging your external network to grow offerings in GenAI, ESG, and analytics. You will manage a finance team, mentor staff, and partner with clients to deliver tangible value

Qualifications

Master’s (WO) degree in Strategy, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in project delivery in Finance, through strategy/consulting or finance function.
Extensive experience with CFO challenges, finance operating models, and enabling ERP technologies.
Experience with data modelling, analytics and data visualization, AI and ML technologies.
Ability to tell compelling stories with presentations and narratives.
Experience in connecting with finance experts and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Finance Transformation & Enterprise Performance Management projects from strategy to implementation.
Drive business development and sales through thought leadership and client engagement.
Collaborate with CFOs to redesign operating models and optimize finance processes.
Work with technology teams on ERP selections, implementations, and integration.
Develop talent and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
