You will work across strategy, operations and technology, collaborating with teams to deliver innovative solutions, guided by insights, and with in-person collaboration as part of a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Services, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience within Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience working within a strategy or management consulting firm with a focus on banking.
• Fluent English and Dutch; strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape strategy to help clients move forward in banking from strategy to execution.
• Serve as trusted advisor to identify business development opportunities and improvements.
• Develop innovative solutions through insights and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value for international banks.
