Job summary

Morningstar Sustainalytics is seeking a Senior Associate to own retention and adoption for a BeNeLux client portfolio. You will serve as the primary CS manager for accounts, partnering with ESG, research, and risk teams to deliver value and drive renewals and expansion.

You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, deliver training and strategic reviews, and act as SME on Sustainalytics products while collaborating with internal teams. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency required; English fluency required.
• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, Consulting or related client-facing role.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing client relationships.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable interpreting data.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple internal teams.
• Experience with institutional investors, ESG or sustainability solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a portfolio of clients by developing and executing account plans.
• Drive product adoption and value realization.
• Identify and mitigate churn risks.
• Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities.
• Deliver training, onboarding, and strategic reviews.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across investment, ESG, research, product, and risk functions.
• Provide excellent client service including responding to queries, data delivery and issue resolution.
• Act as SME on Sustainalytics’ products and use cases.
• Liaise between clients and Sustainalytics’ internal teams.
