Ashby is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and rapid time-to-value. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to tailor implementation plans and drive successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes remote-first collaboration, customer-centric delivery, and ongoing optimization of deployment processes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex implementations in a high-growth B2B SaaS org.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently with defined plans and milestones.
• Strong understanding of configurable SaaS platforms with multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation for Ashby’s solution for new customers.
• Develop and execute implementation plans with enterprise customers to ensure quick value realization.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to align progress.
