REAKT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant (CPQ) to lead enterprise-scale CPQ projects and oversee end-to-end delivery. You will partner with customers and delivery teams to craft robust solution designs and drive improvements across processes and integrations.

You’ll bring 5+ years of CPQ leadership, ERP expertise (Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar), and strong SQL/FetchXML skills. This role emphasizes collaboration across cultures and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale CPQ implementations.
• Deep ERP manufacturing expertise (Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar).
• Strong capability in solution architecture, business process mapping, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ platforms such as PROS, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Infor CPQ, or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Dynamics 365 F&O, BC, CE, AX, NAV, Salesforce).
• Working knowledge of SQL, FetchXML, OData queries, and advanced Excel.
• Ability to excel in customer-facing environments and collaborate across cultures.
• Strong organisational skills and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality CPQ implementations that meet client satisfaction, timelines, and technical standards.
• Run discovery workshops with customers and partners, translating requirements into robust solution designs.
• Create user stories, estimates, and structured implementation plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across delivery frameworks.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen Professional Services capability.
• Coach and mentor consultants, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
