Job summary

Atlassian seeks a Principal Customer Success Manager in our Strategic Segment to drive value across large, multi-product enterprise customers. You will own executive relationships, guide adoption strategies, and collaborate with Account Teams to deliver value realization at scale.

You will manage complex, global accounts, applying proven Success Plans, renewal strategies, and proactive risk mitigation to expand footprint and sustain long-term success for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or account management with strategic SaaS customers.
• Enterprise/Strategic book of business management.
• Trusted advisor to guide customer outcomes and expand adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite and executives to maximize value.
• Develop and govern Customer Success Plans and regular reviews.
• Collaborate with product, sales, support and marketing for seamless experience.
• Guide multi-product adoption and value realization across global teams.
• Mitigate churn through proactive risk identification and intervention.
• Represent Voice of the Customer to improve Atlassian offerings.
