Job summary

Atlassian is hiring a Strategic Sales leader who will own and grow our most important customer relationships. This leadership role focuses on building elite enterprise sales teams, navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals, and driving predictable revenue at the highest level.

You will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives, set the strategy for the strategic segment, and partner across CS, Marketing, and Product to deliver a seamless customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities for a high-performing sales team.
• Deep expertise in enterprise sales motions and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives owning our largest and most complex accounts.
• Set vision, strategy, and execution plan for the strategic segment, owning the number and narrative.
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and deal strategy across the team.
• Build executive relationships with key accounts and sponsor executive-level engagements.
• Partner with CS, Marketing, and Product to ensure a seamless customer lifecycle.
• Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent as the team scales.
