Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager in the Strategic Segment. You will guide complex, global accounts to maximize value across Jira, Confluence, and broader Atlassian solutions.

You'll engage with C-Level stakeholders, drive adoption programs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver quarterly business reviews and tailored Success Plans. Fluent German and English are required; remote work is supported internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic enterprise customers in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and executives.
• Proven track record delivering value realization and successful adoption.
• Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau or similar tools.
• Strong Jira/Confluence knowledge and demonstrating end-user use cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships at executive levels to drive platform adoption and value realization.
• Coordinate with account teams to create Success Plans, conduct QBRs, and drive strategic planning.
• Navigate complex enterprise deployments with multiple partners to meet needs.
• Identify churn risks early and partner with teams to mitigate them.
