- Proven enterprise SaaS customer success experience.
- Experience guiding executive and multi-team customers to outcomes.
- Comfort translating processes within AI capabilities.
- Ability to develop and execute Success Plans with measurable outcomes.
Responsabilités
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-Suite and global teams.
- Collaborate with Account Team to create Customer Success Plans and conduct QBRs.
- Manage post-sales activities with product expertise and execution.
- Promote product adoption and value realization across Atlassian solutions.
- Identify risks early and mitigate churn with the Account Team.
