Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a Netherlands-based opportunity for a Senior Account Executive who will drive enterprise sales to airlines worldwide. You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic accounts, and negotiate high-value contracts in a fully remote, international team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and help shape sales processes while traveling up to 30% for customer meetings and events.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in enterprise B2B sales, with airlines or aviation experience.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing six- to seven-figure deals.
• Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, or technology to large organizations.
• Strong understanding of airline procurement and complex sales cycles.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting airlines and enterprise prospects.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities while maintaining a high-value pipeline.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and navigate procurement processes.
• Lead meaningful six- and seven-figure opportunities and drive them to closure.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align solutions with customer needs.
• Mentor junior sales colleagues and contribute to sales process improvements.
