Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across the Netherlands’ largest enterprises, with a focus on Financial Services & Insurance. You will build and manage strategic accounts, lead consultative sales cycles, and act as a trusted advisor on AI voice technology.

The role requires 7+ years of strategic sales experience, a strong network in Dutch financial services, and native or full professional proficiency in Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across the Netherlands, with a primary focus on Financial Services & Insurance.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
• Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Dutch financial services and insurance sector.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
