Job summary

ElevenLabs Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the Netherlands' largest enterprises.

You will build executive relationships and lead multi‑stakeholder deals leveraging ElevenAgents and AI voice technology. You will manage a growing enterprise portfolio, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with customer success and engineering teams to ensure onboarding and expansion.

Qualifications

7+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience.
Proven success closing deals with multi-stakeholder cycles across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
Well-connected in the Dutch enterprise landscape with executive presence.
Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
Understanding of Netherlands procurement and legal processes to accelerate deals.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Netherlands with focus on key sectors.
Identify new business opportunities for ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities.
Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases translating AI voice tech into value.
Develop understanding of the conversational AI landscape and trends in Dutch industries.
Demonstrate expertise or willingness to learn about conversational AI and voice technology.
Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence in enterprise verticals.
Partner with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering for onboarding and expansion.
Serve as trusted advisor to clients, educating on AI and voice interfaces for senior leaders.
