Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Major Account Executive for the Netherlands to own and grow strategic enterprise accounts. You will lead the full sales cycle, coordinate with solutions architects, customer success, and services to drive adoption of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform.

You will engage with senior executives, craft compelling proposals, and build long-term partnerships while navigating complex organizational structures. This is a remote, nationwide role with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into highly complex organizations.
• Track record of exceeding quota.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including to C-level.
• Ability to work across multiple teams to close, upsell, and expand accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead GitLab's major accounts in the Netherlands.
• Own end-to-end sales process, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Develop account plans based on customer metrics and strategic goals.
• Create formal quotes, proposals, or presentations addressing customer needs.
• Coordinate pre- and post-sales resources to ensure rollout and adoption of GitLab products.
